KEY WEST - Lunch, Dinner & Brkfst?
 

We will be in Key West over Memorial Weekend (2 Couples) and would like some suggestions of good spots for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Good Food/Atmosphere are a must. We were there 4 years ago and loved Blue Heaven (dinner) & Louie's Backyard (lunch). Just wondering if these are still good choices and if there is something new we should try. We ate breakfast one morning at a place on Duval - Carmilla's (I think) is it still there?

Breakfast or lunch at Pier House at the end of Duval has a super waterside patio at their tiki bar. Food and service is very reliable.

Half Shell raw bar at the historic port is my favorite super casual grilled fish and beer stop for lunch or dinner.

Beach Club at the opposite end of Duval is a breakfast or lunch destination right on the beach and next to Southern Cross hotel.

If you don't mind a little drive, Mangrove Mama's at MM 20 at the E end of Sugarloaf Key is an outdoor dining
dinner destination with very good food.

The Hilton at Mallory Square has the best sunset, cocktail setting at their outdoor patio.

We went to Michael's on a trip earlier this year and thought the place was fantastic. Alice's is excellent as well, though I haven't been since she changed to the new location. Louie's, as you know is very good also, though I didn't think that the food was as good as the others, the view can't be beat. Camille's(?) isn't on Duval anymore, it moved over to Simonton. We had breakfast at Two Friend's Patio, which is located near Mallory Square, and really enjoyed the breakfast there. Also, the po' boys or fresh seafood at the Half Shell Raw Bar, which is located at the Historic Seaport District, make for a great lunch.

Mangrove Mama's sounds great but not sure we could get there on Mopeds - Yes? No?

Blue Heaven for BREAKFAST! Banana Pancakes!!! :) I was there about 5 years ago....and still haven't forgotten them.

Don't even think of going to Mangrove Mama's on mopeds. People fly down the overseas highway at very high speeds and there is often not even a shoulder. I agree it is a must do, but not on a moped. (But a taxi would cost about $40!)
