Key West - Hotel with Kids - Which One?

Hello,

I'll be taking my nieces and nephew to Key West for a few days during the summer. During the day, I hope to do some activities like snorkel trips, etc. However, in the evening, the kids seem to be happiest in a hotel pool. Can anyone recommend a Key West resort with a great pool? (We will be driving down from Miami, so transportation around Key West is not a big issue.)

Thanks in advance,
Chels

After several trips to Key West, we decided The Almond Tree Inn was the place to stay if you are looking for something reasonably priced with a nice pool. It is a bit of a walk from Mallory Square, but it is a fun walk with tons of shops along the way. Enjoy!

The Hyatt on Duval or either one of the Wyndhams would be a good choice with kids.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Also, have any of you had any experience with the Hyatt timeshare properties?

Thanks again,
Chels

The Sheraton Suites has a nice pool, although it is a drive from Mallory Square. Otherwise I agree with the Hyatt or Wyndhams. We liked the pool at Ocean Key, and it also overlooked the ocean.
