Key West Hotel?

We will be in Key West in November. I am having a tough time finding a reasonably priced hote/motel. Can anyone recommend one that is in the $50/night range? It need not be fancy, just clean.
I hate to disappoint you, but November is high season for Key West. I doubt that it'll be possible to find anything in that price range.
I don't know of anything under $50 per night, but I stayed in a very nice bed & breakfast in November of 1997 that was only $55 per night for the room I stayed in, which had a double bed, and that rate included a continental-style but very generous breakfast (fresh pastries, cereals, breads, bagels, fruits, juice, coffee. The place was written up in Frommers, and it's called the Southernmost Point Guest House. It's a historic house at the quiet end of the main street in town (Duval), across the street from a small beach and a short 10-15 minute walk to the area with most of the restaurants, shops, etc. There is a jacuzzi on-site but no pool. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are comfortable, spotless, and all have TVs, A/C, phones, small refrigerators and coffeemakers. It is run by a really nice woman named Mona Santiago. I'm sure the rates may have gone up somewhat since the last time I was there. Some of the pricier rooms upstairs have ocean views. There is free parking on-site, although you don't necessarily need a car there. Here is the website address which should have rate and contact information and may even show photos of some of the rooms:
http://www.southernmostpoint.com/
Good luck, and if you stay there let me know how it was -- I'd be interested to know if it's changed. Key West is a ball! P.S. November is a great time to go -- it's still the low season so no crowds and lower rates than in December.

Last October I stayed at a beautiful Bed & Breakfast Key West B&B and The Popular House(one place) on Williams St.The prices are great if you don't want to spend a fortune and the breakfasts are homemade goodies with fresh squeezed oj.They have a hot tub and sauna(feels great after dancing all night) but no pool. Have fun!
