Key West B&B recommendation?

I'm looking for a B&B on Key West for a family of 4 (54,52 24,20). I'd like to be in Old Town, fairly close to the sunset celebration, but not so close to the chaos of Duval Street that I won't be able to sleep at night.
I would like a room or suite large enough to sleep all of us in one room.
The availability of parking would be a must, as we'll have a rental car.
Finally, I'm looking for a place that will accept a one-night stay during Christmas week, probably for December 23rd. Thank you.
Richard
I don't know about the Christmas week, but over New Year's the hotels hike their rates and normally require a 4 night minimum. It will probably be really hard for you to find someplace for only one night. Check out keywest.com

Check out the B & B's on Simonton - My preference (in order) would be 1. Heron House 2. Marquesa 3. Curry Mansion. Each are a little different, all are mentioned in Fodors.

to I prefer Chelsea. Ten minutes stroll to sunset party but is away from the chaos of Dual Street but near to every attraction. Breakfast included.

One suggestion, rent a bicycle and to explore the Key.

I have spent an afternoon on foot starting from Smathers down to East Martello Art Gallery then march along the Pacific and head back to Roosevelt Blvd. I enjoyed the view a lot but one regret I should start the walk earlier in the morning so that I can have much time to enjoy.
