We were thinkinf o taking a long weekend in KW and was wondering if August is too rainy? THanks

I agree with the above post. As much as I love Key West I never go there in the summer. It's way too hot and humid.

We went to key west last August 29th it was extremley hot and very humid but we really enjoyed it, not too busy everybody went to Malory Square at sunset - great atmosphere - u will love it.

Look for places in Old Town. There are LOTS of options in all price ranges. With summer rates on, it shouldn't be any problem at all to find something good. Check out keywest.com
