Kennedy space center: which tour?
We will be hosting a 14 year old Spanish girl who has serious hopes of being an astronaut/aerospace engineer. We will be visiting KSC with her (partner and I have little interest in it, to be honest.) Is it enough to do the bus tour included with admission or, given her intense interest, is it important that we do one of the special tours? If so, which one? I don't want to do the included tour only if it's just a look and see but no real info type thing. Her English is quite good. Thanks for any advice!

Just the bus tour is enough. Look for wild pigs and gators on the bus tour. The wildlife is amazing out there. Best beach is Playalinda. You go to Titusville and cross the Max Brewer Bridge which is Garden Street. !0 miles due east and you pay five dollars for entrance, the whole car. You can stop at visitor center and there are other trails to explore but the beach is the best. If you go to parking lot five or six the sea turtles have laid eggs and they are marked so they won't be disturbed. From lot 1,2,3 and 4 you can see the shuttle launch pads. Each lot has a bathroom but only lot one has a life guard. Best swimming and natural beach.

No I do not!! They aren't the best looking nudist. I really have never seen them, they use to stretch the boundaries and stroll down our way. I like lot four or five but if alone stay up at the one with a life guard. The rip tide can get wicked and we had a couple drown so stay on the safe side now.
