American did that for me for the west coast portion of my flight. I am using two different carriers American using the east west coast leg. $940 does not look bad at all that is just $120 more than I paid Last year. Go to Airline directly and make sure you can get the departure times you want to . Sometimes Orbitz makes it look like you have to accept a 4hour lay over or not get the good price. I would call CS if you don't see the times you want. This high prices are terrible. You use to be able to go to the far east on these prices. Krips it is 12-1300 to go to Japan. Can't believe Hawaii got this expensive. Crossing my fingers for yah!!!

One last thing if there is an option try to get the wide body (two isles for strolling)planes with individual video screens on the back of each seat. Think this is on 777's on most carriers but you can check on websites pretty certain it is available on Continental and American (777).
