Don't know if I'm too late to help you, but we just got back from Princeville with 79 and 80 year old f-i-l and m-i-l, and 20 family members ranging from age 2 to 80. The 7 to 16 crowd loved zip-lining --- near the Princeville ranch. Anini Beach the best for the toddler and the grandparents. The 7 year old to the 55 year old loved the 4 hour hike at Ke'e Beach. The best ever. Even if you're not in great shape --- just take your time. The opt-out crowd stayed on the beach and snorkled or played with the little ones in the sand. Great boogie boarding in Hanalei. Easy hike anywhere. THis was our 4th family trip to Princeville. ENJOY!

There is at least one catamaran co. that leaves from the North shore - Capt. Sundown. We did this in May - the views are awesome!

Another vote for Limahuli Gardens up in the north shore. If traveling with little kids, Lydate is a must.
