Jewish Deli

Please list for me the best Jewish deli's in the NYC area. Kosher or not. And where they are located. there is one on nyc side lower side call Katz's that I really enjoyed on my last visit. and I have been to Ratner's . Carnigies is in my opinion is over rated and priced. But I did enjoy the Stage Deli.
Please give me your opinions as I want to try them next week during my visit.

2d Avenue Deli (kosher) is considered by many to be the best and is family-run. 2d Ave. at 10th St.

Have been to all the ones you mention, The 2nd ave. Deli is one of my favorites in the city. If you are visiting in Queens or Long Island go to Ben's Best in Rego Park. You can look over the menu at www.bensbest.com Nothing can compare to real NY Jewish Deli food.

2nd Ave. Deli. Try the corned beef, or pastrami (I prefer mine extra lean). The chopped liver is also great. You could also try the chopped liver and turkey triple decker sandwiches.
I hate the 2nd Avenue Deli. Service was rude, and the meat was tough and dried out. The soup was way too salty. I liked Stage Deli much more.

Another strong vote for the Second Avenue Deli!
