Jet Blue booking down?
 

Has anoyone booked a ticket through jetblue.com today? I've been trying since 10AM and keep getting a database/server error saying too many people may be logged in (@jetblue). I sent them an email and got a reply that they'd get back to me in 5-7 days. If I call I have to pay a telephone charge in which case I'll just book with Delta instead.

I was curious and checked this out. Started the rez process with no problems. You might want to try restarting your computer.

I can get to the point where I pay and then get the error. It will accept Jet Blue vouchers but not credit cards and not paypal.

Well, if JetBlue cares about its revenue, they'll have this fixed ASAP.

Or you can call and try to get them to waive the phone fee since their site is down. Or just book Delta.

I was able to call JB and book over the phone with no penalty, you need to write down the error code # that you get when the website crashes and they'll take off the $15 fee. I'm posting this in case anyone else has this problem. I did get an email back this morning and they said the IT team is still working on this problem.

Still working on the problem? Good grief - I wonder how much money THAT has cost Jet Blue???

Oh, well, at least you got your ticket!
