Jersey Boys Las Vegas smokey??

Just purchased non-refundable front orchestra tickets for my mom's 67th bday trip and have heard there is smoking! Looking for opinions regarding how much smoking takes place and if it might be bothersome to someone with extreme smoke sensitivity. It would be lovely if actors used electric cigs but I don't have high hopes for that.

I would imagine it will only be a little and the extractor fans will be on full blast. Your mom would get more poisenous fumes from walking along the strip and breathing in the exhaust fumes from the never ending cars and buses.

It would have to be really extreme sensitivity for her to be bothered. Unless you're sitting way up front, she probably won't be able to see cigarettes or smoke, much less have it waft that far in her direction. Even the first few rows of seats are a distance from the (very large) stage. It's a very large theater with very high ceilings.

I don't know if they use real cigarettes or not, but to my recollection, on the occasions that they're lit or anyone is smoking, it's only for a few seconds.

We saw the show twice on Broadway, in Boston, and in Las Vegas, and hardly noticed the smoking at any of those shows.

The "typical Jersey language" also included in the disclaimer will likely distract her.

The bigger problem will be getting to the theater through areas where smoking is allowed.

Have you never been to a play where there was smoking on stage? You won't smell a thing . . . .

I've been to see it twice and had seats very close to the front. I hate smoke and I couldn't smell a thing. My 84 year old non smoking mom loved it both times.
