Can anyone recommend a Jeep or Hummer tour into the mountains from Scottsdale or Phoenix. Looking for one that has a good mix of off-road fun and sightseeing. Thanks.

You consider doing a Jeep Jamboree. Jeep Jamborees are an extended series of four-wheeling excursions available exclusively to Jeep owners and guests (ie: You must own a Jeep to participate). There are probably 100 different tour companies listed and most of them will pick you up at your hotel.

We rented a jeep from Sedona Jeep Rentals (at the airport in Sedona) and had a great time. They provide maps of suggested routes - we enjoyed the ride and the views from Schnebly Hill Road.
