I would like to know which hotel it is (at Navarre Beach, FL ?)in the beginning of the movie.

It's the old Holiday Inn. Not sure if it's still there. I think they may have torn it down after Hurricane Ivan.

It is definitely the "old" Holiday Inn. When the movie was being filmed, we stayed at the hotel. One of the great regrets of my life is that we didn't sign up to be extras in the movie. I also never got in the water for the whole week we stayed there. I couldn't help but think "Sharks!"
