Jackson Hole Restaurants
Hello! In final stages of planning our Yellowstone, GTNP, and Jackson Hole trip. Would love some recommendations for restaurants. We are up for anything. I know a lot of places serve American fare with steaks, would love to hear of some more eclectic, fun places with creative menus or non-American cuisine. I always check out tripadvisor, but would love to hear from some of you. Thanks!!

There are two restaurants of particular interest in Jackson: Snake River Grill and Rendezvous Bistro. If you like good food, go to both of them.

my two favorite restaurants that we stopped at in Jackson were The Bunnery(a bakery/deli for lunch) and the Lotus Organic Restaurant. The Lotus(www.tetonlotuscafe.com)is a block off of main street, looks like a dive but the service and food were excellent. It was my favorite meal in a 9 day trip and worth the effort to find.

Trio American Bistro has a "creative menu." There I was served a medium-rare lamb chop that had a bone in it that weighed 8 to 10 ounces. Also on the plate was enough arugula to make a salad for a family of four.
In Jackson I would go for fine food rather than creative food. HTTY |
Thank you for your responses - we are looking forward to trying out these places.

I had an awesome burger at the Bunnery......

Our favorites also included food and music at the Silver Dollar Saloon-amazing good soup, Mexican food and good margaritas at the Merry Pigs, Nakai sushi but call ahead for a table, the Snake river brewery which is different from the Snake river grill, and Billy burgers. Drive up to the Teton village and go to the mangy moose. If you can, use yelp, it gives directions, phone numbers and everything.

If I were going back the first two places I'd return to are -
1) Silver Dollar Saloon 2) Dornan's Pizza and Pasta in Moose. An incredible view of the Tetons + good food and drinks http://www.dornans.com/dining/pizzapasta/ |
Awesome! I have not heard of some of these. Thank you. Anyone have a favorite lunch place in GTNP?

We like the lake-side Trapper Grill dining room at Signal Mountain Lodge--it is surprisingly good and reasonably priced. Marionberry pie, too.
