Itinerary help-Florida to Pittsburgh area
 

Will be making car trip from ormond Bea h, Fl to Pittsburgh area. Can’t drive for long, so planning on 3 days, 5-6 hrs per day. Like to stay in quaint towns, B&B, nice restaurants. Your thoughts: first day Beaufort SC; second day (longest drive) Bluefield, WV, third day Pittsburgh. Any mi e towns along stretch of I-95, I 77. Or 81?

There is Fernandina Beach, FL on Amelia Island has 50 blocks of historic buildings housing restaurants, bed ‘n’ breakfasts, and boutique shops. Also, there is Mt. Airy, NC which was the hometown of Andy Griffith and the fictional Mayberry. Visit Floyd's City Barbershop and the Andy Griffith Museum.
