Italian restaurant in Denver

What is a good Italian restaurant in Denver? <BR>

Smart Alec Jan 22nd, 2001 10:55 AM

It is a restaurant that serves good Italian food, same as it would be anywhere else.

I like the Olive Garden

Louie-You're joking, right?

Buy a jar of Prego spaghetti sauce and pour it over a quarter pounder. Deelicious!

How about a serious answer? Try Barolo.

Have you tried Maggiano's on the 16th Street Mall? Had a good meal there last summer. Made a pig of myself on the mussels--best I've ever eaten. (Did you live in Limon, by the way?)

Deb, can't you read? The poster is a troll! Don't waste everyone's time, including yours and mine!

I still vote for the Olive Garden. You can find it in most major malls. They don't have a salad bar, but they will give you refills on salad and pop too.

I was in Denver last weekend and went to Cucina Colore in Cherry Creek, very good Italian food!

It isn't in Denver, but it is Boulder, not so far away. It is called Antica Roma - Trattoria Italiana (1308 Pearl St., Boulder. 442-0378). I have been to Italy many times, and the food at this place was very good and very authentic. Very nice atmosphere and a great waiter from Italy. Heartily recommeded.
