Isn't it ironic . . .
. . . that the most commonly hurled insult on the board is "Get a life"? The people saying it must think they are making some valid point. But if anyone is visiting the board so much that they notice that someone else is visiting the board alot, then both people are doing the same thing. Anyone participating just for fun(instead of pure travel research) could easily be doing something else, so whats the point of telling them to get a life. Better to just explain why you agree or disagree with the person. Maybe we could all just stop saying "get a life".

Now you can all insult me.

Yes irony, and I see that Sandi has just posted again on that thread she claims to hate so much-something to provoke yet more responses to the said thread. She just doesn't get it, she won't let it die.

I'm with you Irony. Those who persist with the hackneyed "get a life" as if it's some clever new phrase could use some originality. It's BORING.

The phrase "Get a Life" is popular right now and it refers to people who have nothing better to do like Irony and April. Posting stupid stuff on a travel forum such as you two did qualifies. And April if you think this site is so boring, why don't you go somewhere else and play? Leave this forum to the real travelers.

Q misses the point. That the cliche "Get a life" is popular doesn't make it an appropriate way to disagree with someone. It is used by people who can't be bothered making a well-reasoned point. For instance, I could tell Q to get a life because he/she bothered to get on this thread and insult April & Irony. But I won't. I'll let you all draw your own conclusion.

LETS ALL GET A LIFE!

anyone have any travel advice for Aruba?

Q,
I didn't mean this site is boring - not at all. I meant the saying.
