Islands with no cars

My husband and I are interested in something different for an upcoming vacation. Looking for islands that do not allow cars. I know there's an island in Michigan, and possibly one in Florida. Any others??

Mackinac is the car-free island in Michigan, and Little Gasparilla Island is off the south Gulf coast of Florida near Fort Myers.
Bald Head Island off North Carolina's coast is also a no car island with plenty of amenities.
Also, several of the Greek islands have no cars. In the Caribbean Jumby Bay Island off Antigua, and Cooper Island in the British Virgin Islands are car-free. All are very vacation-oriented.

Hi. We just got back from 3 nights in North Captiva, which is a separate island than Captiva. No cars - you get there either by boat or if you have one, small plane. Getting around the island is done by golf cart (which my son thought was just too much fun). Lovely beaches, pretty sunsets, a really nice, but short nature trail, lots of wildlife (we saw manatees, turtles, lots of different birds) and good shelling. I believe the website is northcaptiva.com. Karen
