Wanted to know if the Wellsboro are was worth visiting?

Wellsboro area is great...Pine Creek offers good canoeing and sometimes even a little whitewater, depending on the season and weather...right now probably not good, since there has been little rain---but you can call and find out for sure. ...good camping, hiking, horseback riding etc

Hi there Me again:<BR><BR>We're going to Wellsboro the end of September and staying at the Pennwell hotel. I understand that it is quite nice. We're going to the Penna. Grand canyon and also we're taking a trip up to the Finger Lakes in New York cause it's not much farther. You might check it out.

Make sure to have lunch at the diner in the railcar - don't remember the name but you can't miss it - it is one the main street. Beautiful area.
