Is there a "Garment District" in San Francisco

Los Angeles has a garment district, I think its on Santee Street. Lots of fun little stalls selling lots of stuff, from knock offs to over stocks. I was wondering if there was anything like that in the Bay area??

Not that I know of (and I've lived here 35 years). Sorry.

The LA Fashion District (the don't call it garments - hey, it's Tinseltown, remember?) is way bigger than just Santee street - about 90 blocks worth they say. See

Yes, SF has one but it's not like Santee St. Jessica McClintock has an outlet. Here's a list for you: http://www.yelp.com/biz/jessica-mccl...-san-francisco. Here's another fun site: http://www.mapquest.com/maps?city=Sa...5::531104:::/e
