Is Shenandoah National Park crowded on a free day?

I went to Shenandoah National Park last weekend, and it wasn't very crowded. I'd like to go back again on Saturday, but that's one of the National Park Service's "Free Fee Days". Would the park be a lot more crowded on a free day?

In my experience, National Parks (or any other place that normally has an admission fee) are more crowded on "free days" especially if the "free day" is on a weekend.

Just how crowded is anyone's guess.
