Is "O" worth it?
My husband and I will be in Vegas for a few days after Xmas. We saw Mystere there a few years ago and absolutely LOVED it. This trip we thought we'd see Danny Gans since lots of people have told me not to miss his show, but he's going to be on vacation during the time that we're there, so we're thinking about seeing O. We've never spent $100 per ticket for anything, and I wonder if it is worth the high price. I'd love to get some feedback from those of you who have seen it and loved it, and those who have seen it and felt it wasn't worth the money. thanks for your help!

Saw "O" in August. Worth it? Definiately. Absolutely. Positively. Yes!
|
Not only did I pay the $100, I spent 3 hours in the cancellation next to some bozo who kept trying to pick up on me. Was it worth it?

Yes.
|
Yes, yes and yes!
|
I've spent even more for other tickets -- opera, etc., but O is absolutely one of the best "bargains" if it's possible to use that word with this price. To sit there and watch and think that they built that unbelievable facility just for that show -- a stage that keeps sinking into the water and rising up with people and props on it. The whole experience is just fantastic. We made the mistake of seeing O two days before Mystere, so Mystere, which used to be raved about, really paled by comparison.
Don't miss O, especially if you LOVED Mystere.

Absolutely! From opening seconds when the bright red curtains vanish you know this is going to be something the likes of which you've never seen! We had seats which wee a little bit off to the side and they cost $85, a little bit cheaper, but the view was still great. Whatever you do, don't expect to be able to buy the tickets when you get there. Phone the toll free number and ask how far ahead you can book your tickets. This is determined by the hotel you will be staying in. If you liked Mystere you'll love "O."

Yes, for $110 the show is bargain priced and you will understand what I mean when you see the show.
It is 1 of a kind, it cost millions to create and stage and is spellbinding to watch.
I saw the show with family in March,we got our tickets 30 days in advance by phone. Mark the date on your calendar when it is time to call and call in the morning.
