Dean, I responded in another message whereI thought Hawaii would be an excellent choice. Better to have 4 or 5 days of a wonderful place, than 6 or 7 in mediocre. Wailea is a beautiful area. I have been looking for condos in the Wailea area, you mentioned The Outrigger. Could you please post their condo address or number, We have always stayed at hotels, but this year we want to try a condo. Have a wonderful time in June.

Dean, yes its worth it,GO! you'll have a blast, the best place in the world. I've been vacationing there since 69'and i have never had a bad vacation, but remember its what you make of it. Oahu is nice but remember its grown over the years, but maui is really beautiful. kaannapali, kapalua, and waialea are all beautiful cities. If you ever have a chance to go to kauai, stay in princeville or hanalei and i promise you won't be dissapointed. Well i hope i helped, have a great time.

Hawaii is fabulous! I particularly love Kauai and the Big Island. I'd spend only 1, maybe 2 nts in Waikiki and do a dinner cruise, Polynesian Cultural Center, and snorkel. I prefer quiet, solitude. ABSOLUTELY!!! I was on Maui and Kauai this past June. It was my first trip to Hawaii. However, it won't be my last. I am already planning the next trip. You will not be disappointed. Hawaii is wonderful! :)

Hi Dean, <BR> The first time I was in Hawaii was seven years ago. It was January and I was living in Toronto at the time. As I walked out of the plane onto the gangplank? (what are those things called on planes), it was early evening and I remember the smell of tropical flowers and the warmth of a tropical evening. The trip only got better from there. Enjoy!

Dean <BR>GO FOR IT! <BR>We went last October, our first time in Maui and believe me it won't be our last. <BR>The BEST vacation we ever had!! We had the Hawaii syndrome when we returned. We absolutely LOVE that place. We stayed in Kaanapali.. Wailea is beautiful too!! Trust me you won't be sorry!! <BR>I'm so jealous :O( <BR>Good Luck and Have FUN!!!

Oh Dean I forgot to mention, we were only in Maui 6 days and we flew from Michigan still did lots of tours etc... <BR>Only stayed on Maui..
