Is canoeing/kayaking permitted on Crater Lake?

I couldn't find this info on the nps website. Anyone know?

Private boats or flotation devices are not allowed on Crater Lake. Only interpretive boat tours and research vessels are permitted. Crater Lake is preserved as a scenic and scientific wonder, not as a recreational lake.

You can scuba dive though:

But you could go kayaking at Lost Creek Lake - which is not far away from Crater Lake. I didnt know it existed until a couple of weeks ago- drove by on the way to Crater Lake and its really beautiful- would love to go back and do some exploring.

Diamond Lake (north) and Klamath Lake (south) are not too far away, and have no restrictions that I am aware of.
