Is Blizzard Beach waterpark offer free transportation from Downtown Disney or from hotels in Disney?

We are getting transportation rates of $25 one way from the Hyatt Grand Cypress!

I am almost positive the buses go from Blizzard Beach to Downtown Disney. They for sure go to the hotels on Disney property from Blizzard Beach. We took the bus from Coronado Beach resort to B. Beach last year. No charge.

Yes, transport to BB is free from Disney properties. Technically they can check for proof of staying at a Disney hotel to use the transportation but I have never seen them do that in over 10 trips to WDW.

However, I should add a caveat....we have never boarded the buses that go to the water parks, so maybe they are more strict on those....

I have seen them require showing a room key to board a Disney bus.

$25 seems outrageous. I'd check a cab price as well, I can't imagine it would be that much. There are buses from Downtown Disney and I haven't personnally seen them check for keys but that doesn't mean they never do.

Some forms of theme park admission also include use of the Disney transportation system.

I've never seen anyone asked to provide either room key or theme park pass to use the system, but I suppose it could happen.
