Irish Pubs in Southern California?

Trying to get a jump start on St. Patrick's Day plans, I'm trying to find a fun Irish pub in either Orange County or San Diego for a group of friends to meet up at. We're kind of spread out between the two counties, so either location would be fine. Any suggestions? Cheers!

Malarky's on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach comes to mind for a wee smidgin' o' cheer.

There's a good place on Newport Boulevard in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. I just can't think of the name.

Anyone have any suggestions for San Diego?

Might want to give the Gas Lamp District a try, but I don't know if they have one.

In San Diego, try The Field on 5th Avenue in the Gaslamp District. they have a web sit at www.thefield.com. there are also the Blarney Stone, also on 5th Ave. and PatricksII on F Street, both also in the Gaslamp District. If none of these suit, I try a search on Google.com for Irish pubs in San Diego.

With St. Paddy's Day coming up on Saturday, I'm curious if anyone knows of any big celebrations planned in the Southern California area?
