Inns and B&B in Savannah

Going to be in Savannah for 3 nights at the start of August. Looking for suggestions on B&B's and Inns in the Historic District that aren't "super-expensive" (i.e. around $200/night). Read lots on Ballastone (probably too expensive). ANy suggestions on Kehoe House or Green Palm or Presidents Qrts?

As always - Thanks!!

Jim

I'm not familiar with the Green Palm but the other two are nice. LOTS of B&B's/ inns to choose from in Savannah. Look at the Eliza Thompson House too.

I have reservations in October, which is prime season, at the 1895 Inn. It is the top rated B&B on tripadvisor, and gets nothing but great reviews there. We are paying $179 a night.

Stayed at Green Palm Inn last summer--highly recommend. Would return in a heartbeat. Very warm, helpful host.

Green Palm Inn is darling and the innkeeper (a well-traveled former corporate), breakfast and hospitality are amazing! With 4 rooms, fabulous jacuzzi or sideshower baths and eat-off-the-floor cleanliness, definitely the best in top B&BS ... if you can get a reservation!
