The Green Mill is a great jazz club with lots of atmosphere. It used to be a speakeasy and a hangout of Al Capone - I'm not sure if he owned it or not. It can be very difficult to get a seat but worth it anyway. It's a four-o-clock bar so after everything else shuts down, this place still jumps. Another good place for jazz is Green Dolphin Street. But Green Mill is our favorite.
