We rented a 2 bedroom (3 queen beds) villa in St John close to Coral Bay for $1500/week in mid-July in the summer of 2003. It had a little pool and the MOST AMAZING view of the ocean, bay, and surrounding islands.

What exactly is Inexpensive to you? There seems to be lots of assumption flying around here.

I know everyone has their own definition of inexpensive. I'm not even sure what my own definition is. For this year we just need to spend as little as possible to give our family a memorable vacation. Any recommendations are welcome!
