I go to PACC when I am with a group of friends and don't feel like talking to anyone outside my group, and uptown when I feel like being social and watching at the bar. Yes, Cornelia is a street. Streets downtown have names, and are not part of the numbered grid system. The village (which is further separated into the East, West, and less frequently these days, Greenwich) is an area downtown, south of say 14th St.

I suggest using Citysearch & Sheckys to find addresses for places that interest you, and then plot them on maps using mapquest or yahoo maps (or use the location services offered).
