Impressionist art in Washington DC
We have a very limited amount of time in DC, but would like to see some impressionist art. Where is the best place - and if it's in a gallery that's part of the Smithsonian, exactly where, so we don't waste our very precious time looking FOR it rather than AT it!!!

The National Gallery of Art (not actually part of the Smithsonian) has a large collection of Impressionists. See map below:

The Phillips Collection at Dupont Circle also has a good Impressionist collection. Renoir's famous Luncheon of the Boating Party is there.
