I hate mapquest....looking for alternative site

There MUST be a good website that offers driving directions/city layout other than mapquest. Can anyone help and suggest other sites?

If you belong to AAA, their map and driving directions are great. I think you must be a member before you can register though.

What's wrong with mapquest? Just so that I know what to look out for.

Mapquest is wrong half the time. I have gotten lost following their directions more than once....the streets Mapquest lists, don't even exist.Mapquest is not consistent.

I like maps.yahoo.com but it may be powered by Mapquest

Steve: Mapquest has given me the wrong directions on more than one occasion. Plus, some of the directions are SO complex they are ridiculous.

MAPQUEST SUCKS-I wanted directions from Miami int.to 6900 block of Collins Ave., which is only 16 miles. I had to print out 6 pages. Maps .com works for me

Mapquest is horrendous. Not only does it give you incorrect routing often enough to questions any data, but it recently quoted us 2 hrs. and 21 minutes to do a 63 mile trip, which was mainly interstate. Took us 1 hr. and 15 minutes from door to door. Mapquest is truly undependable.

Oh yes. I remember now. Right turns instead of lefts, nonexistent street names and underestimating the travel time. It's all coming back.
