On July 6th of 2019 I was flying from Washington Dulles to Reykjavik. As the plane was coming in to land there was
an Incident aboard this flght. If you were on this aircraft or happen to know someone who is aware of this incident
would you consider speaking to me privately.

A better title might attract a person who was actually on the flight... "Event on Dulles-Reykjavik flight July 6, 2019. Were U there?"

I think there has to be a better process than random shots in the dark. You posted the same request on R Steves' site. If you are engaged in a law suit I would assume through discovery you could get the names of the passengers in your immediate area. Someone sitting in the back of the plane is of no value to you or even five rows back probably didn't see anything. Or is this just an attempt to create some bad publicity for the airlines. Careful what you post publicly since it can be used if you are suing.

no kidding, this isn't the way lawyers or discovery works. Otherwise, it's creepy, why on earth would anyone respond to that, even if they were on the flight.. the airline is Icelandair, by the way, and the post has been removed from R Steves.
