Just returned from the Hyatt on June 1st. I encountered no BUGS! The resort is absolutely beautiful!! The rooms are typical Hyatt rooms. They are nice and clean and pretty large. The grounds are the BEST feature of this hotel. You trully feel like you are in PARADISE! The staff was friendly and the restaurants were very good. Also the luau was nice! This might not be the Ritz or Four Seasons but it is definitely the best on Kauai. (I visited the Princeville...and it is Vegas meets Paris...does not belong on a Hawaiian island!). When I go back to Kauai I am definitely staying at the HYATT.
