Hyannis Resteraunt

My company will be doing a seminar in Hyannis November 17 and 18, staying at the Ramada. I need a resteraunt within walking distance of the Ramada that can accomodate 50-75 for a company dinner. Can anyone out there suggest a place? Any help is greatly appreciated as I don't live near the Cape.

The Paddock is the best place in town. Great seafood. The Kennedy's used to hang there. Arnold S. as well. Call ahead.

Thanks for the reply. The hotel we will be staying in is actually the Radisson Inn in Hyannis. Is anyone familiar with the Cape Cod Grille for the company dinner? Any suggestions for Italian?

The Paddock is great, but not best place in town and definitely not within walking distance of either the Ramada or Radisson though.
The Cape Cod Grille is small, and I actually believe it has closed down. No way can they fit 50-75 people there, and I don't care what they have told you. That place looks like a shed from the outside.

Papabello's(Italian) is within walking distance, food is not that bad, dining room would probably be yours for the night (it is mostly take-out) and could accomodate 50+. Very informal.

Across the Rd from the Radisson is Fish Landing, not Italian, a little nicer, and used to doing functions/bus tours.

If you have money, Alberto's is quite impressive with a great atmosphere, and again used to doing small functions. However, it is about 1 mile and 1/2 down the road.

A nice middle of the road place that the locals go to is BarbyAnn's. Again though, that would not be within walking distance.

Good luck, and think of renting some transportation.
Try Mitchell's Steak and Rib. Right at the rotary at the airport.

Thanks for the replies. I could only get a busy signal all day yesterday for the Cape Cod Grille. Now I won't bother to keep trying knowing it's closed! The reason we need a place within walking distance of the Radisson is that the owner of our company pays for dinner and ALL drinks. He has learned from experience that his people cannot drive after he picks up the tab. About Fish Landing.....can you order something other than seafood such as steak, chicken, pasta?

The place does not have to be fancy at all but needs to have a variety of different entrees, walking distance of the Radisson, and be casual. I'm actually starting to think he should send me down there for a night to "scout" places out! Again, thanks for your help.
