HWY ! Between Hearst Castle and Carmel Closed Today

Highway 1 is closed due to mudslides this morning near Ragged Point. Please call Caltrans for updates before you travel this area or use the alternate route of the 101. Hope this information gets to those of you in time who are traveling over the holiday!

LOL. That was a logical mistake frankie. These days California and "rain" seem to be synonomous.
