Huntington Beach: Hyatt or Hilton?

Are they both nice resorts? Is there much difference in the location?
There is a $80. difference per night in the price.(The Hilton is more.)
Please share your opinions.
Thanks.

Can anyone please compare these for me? Location, amenities, etc.?

Can't compare them, but love the Hyatt. We had a room on the top floor with a view of the pool and ocean. Both hotels are across the street from the ocean, and the Hyatt has a bridge over the street. Restaurants in the resort are good, including the outdoor grille. There are shops and Lapperts (Hawaii)Ice Cream Parlor. Rooms have a sitting area with sofa, and the Spa is really great.

Haven't stayed at either. Both are located in the same place. I believe valet parking is a must. Great location.

Balboa Bay Club is very nice, right on the bay on PCH. Lots of restaurants around there, plus just down the street, Balboa Island, Fashion Island, and up the street a little farther South Coast Plaza.

I'd vote for BBC and Newport!
