Please help with suggestions for high-end dining within a 30 minute radius from Cold Spring. Any opinions on the Valley Rest. in Garrison? Thanks.

Please define "high end dining" in terms of price, etc. And, also, what type(s) of food?

Here's another recommendation for Hudson House, right on the water in Cold Spring. They've got a great brunch.

Without any response from you, I'll second the recommendation for Cathryn's Tuscan Grill in Cold Spring.

Thanks for the replies - Howard - by high-end I mean restaurants that are known to have excellent food, service and ambience - money no object. French, Italian, New American food are all O.K. and nothing too formal/stuffy.
