How's the food at Warren's Magic Show

Should we eat there or eat afterwards in Lahania and then drive back to Wailea at 10:30 pm or so?

I'm trying to decide between a $45 ticket without food or drinks or a $80 ticket that includes an appetizers, desert and 2 drinks. Any opinions?

The restaurants in Maui don't put on magic shows and the magic shows should not serve meals. Why would you want to eat at a magic show when there are so many other great places to eat?

I have never been, so I cannot commewnt on the quality of the food, but as Rusty said, there are so many other choices right there in Lahaina. You could get some serious pupus and desert for the extra $35 at Pacific`O, I`o, David Pauls. Or you could have a full meal at one of the lessor priced but equally fine places. Lahaina Coolers never fails to please me, and you'd be hard-pressed to find an entree for over $20. I recommend the `ahi burger.

When we were there 3 years ago there wasn't a choice for dinner.
The show is fantastic!

I looked at the prices on the menu and the 80 deal is only a couple of bucks cheaper, assuming I would have ordered everything that they give you, so I am going to go with the base ticket.

Glad to hear another good review for the show!

We went in March and purchased the tickets-only package. The food basically is large appetizer portions or desserts. I did end up ordering one appetizer a la carte, and it was fine. The other appetizers looked good as well. However, given a choice, I would eat elsewhere if for nothing else than the ambiance. Not that there is anything wrong with the little parlor at W&A's, but why eat there when there are so many good choices with a view of the ocean. Then you get two great activities in one evening.

Do you eat somewhere else BEFORE the show? What time would you need to make a reservation to make it to the show on time?

What kind of food do you want--moderately priced or better? Burgers or fine dining? Also, there are some places in Lahaina that serve dinner later, if you want to eat afterwards.
