Lifelist, as I've noted above, for shuttle drivers Stratosphere is downtown, so the OP wouldn't get on the strip shuttle - different price. More likely, s/he would be dropped off first.

You can get ccalhoon to strip, but--especially since this is for a law enforcement seminar--a lap dance would be illegal!

Interesting. Whenever I've stayed at the Stratosphere, I've rented a car, so I've never taken a shuttle that far. Do they really put you on a downtown shuttle, or do they simply collect the extra dollar or two and still put you on the strip shuttle? I wouldn't be surprised by the latter. Do you know what route the shuttle takes to get downtown?
