How soon does your post show up?
 

Hello All, New here and wondered ,how long after you post does it show up in the area you are asking about?

there it is.

So if I put something in about say about Key West it will directed to that area immediatly? Sorry if this is a stupid question just trying to get it straight

All posts show up on the general US board (or Caribbean or European, whichever you are on when you begin a thread)....regardless of which state you select when you start the thread. The region/state selections are only to allow for better filtering when people are doing searches.

Your post will show up right away after you hit "post my reply," and it will be number one on the list until someone answers or starts another thread.

If you stop searching by state and just post and then watch - voila - your post is in the US forum (or Europe or Asia or Africa or whatever forum you are in).

There is ONE US forum - not separate state forums.

Depending on the traffic, your post may "sink" very quickly, as new posts reach the top and those below go down. Thus, some new people can't find their post to look for responses and repost the same question over again. To retrieve all your posts simply click on your name almost at the top of the page and all your posts will come up.
