How much is bottled water in Disney World?
 

I know this seems silly but I will be in Disney World with two babies on formula and will probably use 12 small bottles of water daily. I am not renting a car so buying it elsewhere is not an option. Thanks.

At Disneyland, bottled water is $2.50. They're larger bottles (20 oz). Maybe similar at Disney World.

I was just there a month ago and was going to say about $2.50 also...they are tall "sport" bottles of Dasani I think....

when i traveled with my dd and she was on formula, i used the Ready to feed formula. it's a little more money than powder but when you factor in the water cost it's probably the same. a bottle has to be used within three days and kept in the fridge once opened. using it in three days shouldn't be an issue with two, but will you have a fridge?

We always carry our own water, snacks, etc into Disney. It saves a bundle.

Several years ago when we did Disney, we stayed at a suite hotel with refrigerator. We purchased gallon sized water from the local grocery store and just poured it into water bottles for the day. My kids were older, so we also froze juice boxes for them to enjoy with lunch (which we brought in a small collapsible cooler and attached to the stroller). The juice boxes ended up cold (one was even "slushy" and they enjoyed that a lot) and kept the sandwiches cool in place of a "blue ice" pack.

Just returned from Wally World (the Florida location ;) ) where we bought way too much of the stuff....

$2.00 for the large (not sure of oz. size, never looked!) and $1.25 for the small. Dasani is the only brand they carry as WDW is a coke product park.

YOu dont mention how you're getting from the airport (but you won't have a car, so I'm assuming you're flying) but if you're using a ground transportation service, many will make a quick stop at a grocery store. It might be worth looking into. Great Disney website, which has all sorts of info is mousesavers.com. it might have an answer for you.

We found the number of chilled-water drinking fountains to be plentiful and just refilled bicycle water bottles from the fountains. I guess it's the Scottish blood in me that makes me believe that bottled water is for people who have more dollars than sense. There's few places where I've not found local water sufficent.

Disney has baby stations in each of their parks. They have changing tables, supplies, places to nurse, microwaves to heat food, basically whatever you need to take care of a small child. I'm sure there you can fill your bottles and feed the babies in relative peace. It's a nice place for a parent to take a breather and relax in the a/c on a rocking chair.
