How many days should we spend in San Antonio?
 

My husband and I are planning to visit a friend in San Antonio in mid-February and are trying to decide on how many days we should stay. We'd like to visit all of the tourist attractions and possibly attend the SA Stock Show and Rodeo, as well as spend time with our friend - all at a leisurely pace. Would four days suffice? Thanks in advance!

four days should be fine, maybe five if you need some more time.

Four days should be plenty of time. Make your hotel reservations soon because the Stock Show is a very popular attraction and lots of the hotels are completely full when it is in town. Also, buy your rodeo tickets early, especially for weekend performances.

Four days would be enough to hit the major sights. You might want to add on a day or two for side trips - New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, Gruene, Austin, etc.
