How far is the walk from Whitehall terminal to Century 21

Our NYC family trip is coming up and my wife wants to go to century 21. I thought the best day to go would be the day we take the staten is land ferry. I was wondering how far the walk is from where you take the ferry in manhattan to century 21?

About a 15 minute stroll.
Try walking up Broadway to pass some sights.
Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian is in the old Customs House at Bowling Green ,the beginning on Broadway, just across from the north end of Battery Park
(SI Ferry termninal is at the south end of the park)
There are small signs embedded in the sidewalks on this part of Broadway, the "canyon of heroes" that list the honorees of all the ticker tape parades held in NY

It's an easy enough walk, maybe a 1/2 mile. I've done this walk on many a lunch hour.
