How do I get an Entertainment book for San Diego???

I used to have one years ago. Had many great deals. Haven't had one in a long time, are they worth the $40. for savings? I would love to purchase one for San Diego, but how do I get one? Thanks

Go to entertainment.com. You can buy one online or use the subscription service for a set period of time.

Does anyone find that the $45 for the book is worth it? Are the prices lower than other places or are there better deals available elsewhere nowadays?

Opinions please.

The Dallas book is only 20.00 but it used to be 30.00
I always save much more than that using coupons for all sorts of things not limited to restaurants.
At the end of the year it looks as if I have not even used it so I always write the savings of each coupon on the back cover so I can see the savings. Last year it went over 300.00

Different markets must call for different prices?? Pittsburgh area book was, I think $20 or $25 this year on-line, and shipped for Free. I have also seen Entertainment books for various cities listed on E-bay.

In San Diego there's a small version and a bigger one. My son's football team sold them for $20 and $40. The cost seems to have something to do with how much is in the book.

I was recently surprised to see the 2004 Entertainment book for sale at my local Borders bookstore (not the website, but the bricks and mortar store). You might check your local Borders, or perhaps other chain book stores like Barnes and Noble.

I buy them from my kid's school for $35. There are terrific savings on everything and one year we bought two books!! The Del is in there this year for 50% off, also the Kea Lani Fairmont in Maui and the Fairmont in SF.

We recently used the book in Grant's Pass, Or receiving two rooms for only $54/night. It's amazing the savings you can find in this book.

Some excellent restaurants will give you a free entree (up to $26) which makes it really nice on the pocketbook while traveling. We dine out a lot (and so do my three teens) so this book is great for our family!!! ***kim***:)

Thanks all. I will look into it. Like saving the money on dining out and hotels. Hotels can just kill ya these days.

Just an FYI - if you use the Entertainment discount rate at your hotel, you don't get hotel points (at least at Hilton)

You can also go online and take a monthly subscription to Entertainment. It might be worth it. I ordered mine from the internet site, paid $20 and had it shipped free. And yes, it's definitely worth it.
