House swap- Greenwich Connecticut to Scotland or France

My partners at work have the privilege of coming to Greenwich the first week in June to watch their younger son playing golf for Europe's students against the US in the Palmer Cup.

I don't suppose anyone here knows of anyone thereabouts who might like a house swap? We can offer North East Scotland, Central Scotland or South West France by exchange.

Generally house swaps need to be set up many months in advance. And Greenwich is an extremely upscale suburb - where I doubt a lot of people would want to swap houses fro security reasons. And if they do more likely to be an exclusive resort on the Riviera.

I would start by searching the usual swap services - and look for areas beyond Greenwich.

I'm sure the properties are very pleasant but finding someone wanting to swap with 6 weeks notice is very rare - esp if you limit yourselves to Greenwich.

There are several exchanges that do this and that's where I would start - looking at the entire area of southern CT and Westchester so you have more options.

(Frankly I would just go for a hotel rather than trying to make complicated arrangements at a moment's notice.)
