Try A-Bears Café 809 Bayou Black Dr. Houma. They have been around since the 60s. They are mostly open for lunch except for Fri nights when they have Cajun music.
For a swamp tour check out Ron Guidry at
www.cajunman.com. His tour is supposed to be a real show.
Hope this helps.

I can't make an observation about Ron Guidry's tour but when we were in the area last fall, our hosts (locals) arranged a tour for us with 'Airboat Swamp Tours'. It is a 1 1/2 hr tour by a cajun who 'works' the area he takes you to tour. Most enjoyable!! He does not appear to have a webpage but the phone number is 985-575-2315.
We also had a wonderful meal at "Miss Brandi's"(http://www.houmatourism.com/restaurant/restaurant4.htm). There is a local 'cajun dancing' group that dances there most Saturday nights and they will teach you how to 'do' their dances. Loads of fun!

Thanks Ben and Polly for your information! I did not mean to be rude to you Ben, when I asked for more information because I noticed you had not actually been on Ron Guidy's tour, just giving me a suggestion, which I appreciated!!! Swamp tours can be just a boat ride, or educational, or entertainment and fun, or all of these, or absolute boring. That is why I had asked for more personal knowledge. Again thanks to you and Polly for your insight!
