hotwire "customer favorite" in Philadelphia

Does anyone know what hotel is the 31/2 star customer favorite in Center City West Philadelhia?

The price seems to good to be true.

If they truly mean *West* Philadelphia (the part of the city that's west of the Schuylkill River), it could be the Inn at Penn (www.theinnatpenn.com), which would be good. Or it could be the Sheraton University City, which would not be as good.

My guess would be the Sheraton University City.

I stayed at a Hotwire favorite 3 1/2 star downtown Philadelphia and it was the Wyndam Hotel. A huge convention hotel with 1980 written all over it. It was fine though.
