Hotels with best robes?

I am very much enamored with wonderful quality robes. Which hotels do you fellow travelers feel have the best robes that you have had PERSONAL experince with. I would love all your information for my travel book. I will post some travel tips relating to women again in the near future. Look for them within the week!!! **Smooch**

Muffin dear, I am quite curious as to what course of action you took with the farting dog?

Farting dog.....ok, I thought your handle sounded familiar. :)

Is this rob for the farter?

Scarlett Oct 27th, 2004 05:54 PM

What about petting the lizards? Will they be wearing the robes or will you? Or do they stay away when the Farter is with you?

seetheworld Oct 27th, 2004 05:56 PM

Ya just gotta love it :D

Very funny Scarlett!

a nice thick robe can be held over nose to effectively mask odors!!

Muffin will this be the follow up to the scour the room with eyeballs post..awaiting eagerly...

Jeepers muffin, It's not OK to promote your business here on the fodors' forum.

Your farting dog thread was a hoot. Too bad the rest is a sham.

Smooch and a half back to you.

Scarlett Oct 27th, 2004 06:44 PM

muffin, why not consolidate your threads into just one big question...
Can my farting dog stay in a hotel with petting lizards wearing fluffy robes? While I scour the bathroom with my eyeballs before going shopping
Hope this helps~

OMG muffin, I certainly hope you use better punctuation and grammar in your 'book'! Either that or have an extremely forgiving and patient editor!!!

I'm also a bath robe critic so when I saw this thread I just had to respond. The softest robes I've ever had were at the Morro Bay Inn. They were wonderful, lined with satin around the collars.

I've also had some really scratchy ones, that were washed with too much bleach or something. The robes at the Tickle Pink Inn were also heavenly! ***kim*** (~~)

Perhaps Muffin can train the lizards to fan away dog emissions while arranging her toiletries... :-D

"Which hotels do you fellow travelers feel have the best robes that you have had PERSONAL experince with."
PERSONAL experience with the robe?
The 5th Avenue Suites in Portland Oregon, had plush (like a fake fur) robes in a leopard print. I looked quite glamorous, the Yankee looked like a Hit Man.

Meesthare Oct 28th, 2004 07:19 AM

Oh, come on, Scarlett, I'm sure he didn't look like a hit man.
He probably looked like a pimp. Not that I have any PERSONAL experience with pimps. Or piggies in fluffy robes. Well, maybe the piggies. But don't tell anybody. ((K)) smooch...
