hotels near the philadelphia historic society
I know this is a unusual request but I'm going to Philly to do research and will spend most of my time at the Philadelphia Historical Society, City Archives, etc. The Society is located at 1300 Locust Street. Need a hotel that is relatively close and is in a safe area. That said, after all that mindnumbing research, I would like to be close to eating, shopping, etc.

1300 Locust is right in the center of the city, and is a safe area. Most hotels (probably 20-30) are around that area - within walking distance. There are also tons of restaurants around as well.
Give us some names of hotels you're looking at and maybe we can help you with it.
